CHECK IN / CHECK OUT POLICY
- Check in Time
     Summer season (May - October) check in time is after 4:00pm                              
- Check out Time 
    Check out time is 10:30 a.m.

DEPOSIT POLICY
A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. Balance is due in full two weeks prior to arrival. Reservations for one-night stays are due in full at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Your deposit less a $50 cancellation fee will be refunded on cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellation made 14 days or less prior to arrival will not be refunded. Guests are responsible for all nights confirmed, regardless of late arrivals or early departures. The cancellation policy is in effect once a deposit has been taken. For condominium guests, a damage deposit is required upon check-in.
