Ski and Stay Packages
Ski trips at Sunday River are all about convenience and value, with a wide variety of slopeside lodging options and packages that bundle lift tickets and lodging together to save you money. All ski and stay packages include lift tickets, lodging and free adult ski or snowboard clinics*. Packages in our Snow Cap Inn and Grand Resort Hotels also include breakfast for free. Plus, all mid-winter weekend and holiday packages will automatically be upgraded to include 12-hour lift tickets for free, and as a Ski & Stay Package lodging guest you'll have the option of adding a 4-8 p.m. night skiing ticket on the evening of your arrival for just $5. Guests are also encouraged to utilize our free transportation.
Lodging guests at Sunday River are also eligible for our special Lodging Guest Dining Card - for just $80 you can purchase a $100 Dining Card valid for anything sold in our food courts, bars, and restaurants.

When booking most ski and stay packages, non-skiing members of your party or those who do not need lift tickets may receive $25 per person, per night, issued as Sunday River Money at check-in. Sunday River Money is valid for any of our activities, retail stores or food and beverage outlets at the resort.
All prices and promotions are subject to availability and may change without notice. Certain restrictions may apply. Rates may vary by time period and are seasonally adjusted. Holiday periods are December 26,2011 - January 1, 2012 and February 17, 2012 - February 24, 2012.

Check out time is 10:30 a.m.
A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. Balance is due in full two weeks prior to arrival. Reservations for 1-night stay are due in full at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your deposit, less a $50 cancellation fee will be refunded on cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellation made 14 days or less prior to arrival will not be refunded. Guests are responsible for all night's confirmed, regardless of late arrivals or early departures. The cancellation policy is in effect once a deposit has been taken. For condominium guests, a $300 damage deposit is required upon check-in.
