Our unmatched commitment to snowmaking and grooming ensures that we are able to offer the best possible conditions regardless of what Mother Nature throws our way. When our snowmaking and grooming prowess is combined with our Snow Guarantee, a visit to Sunday River is a sure thing.

Policy

There are certain uncontrollable factors in the alpine environment. Weather and skier/rider traffic can both result in changes in the surface conditions or trail opening status. So to ensure you are pleased with the skiing and riding, we have created one of the most comprehensive guarantees in skiing and snowboarding.

At Sunday River, our snow conditions are guaranteed. If you buy a regular price full-day or multi-day lift ticket and take at least one run and find the snow conditions are not to your liking, come to Guest Services before 10 am and let us make it right.

Offer restrictions: Tickets purchased at early season rates are redeemable for a voucher of equal value that can be redeemed toward the purchase of a lift ticket through the end of the 2011-2012 season. Some limitations apply. Please note that this is a snow condition guarantee only. No vouchers will be given for weather or lift related conditions. No cash refunds will be granted. Vouchers are not transferable and not for re-sale.

GROUP Snow Guarantee

• After testing the snow conditions, if you are dissatisfied, you may request a Group Snow Guarantee Voucher on your lift ticket prior to 10:00am by turning in your lift ticket at the Guest Services window in the Welcome Center or the front desk of the hotels.
• Group Snow Guarantee Vouchers are valid to the end of the ski season and offer a dollar value discount off any full priced retail product.   Adult vouchers will offer a $59 discount.  Teen, Junior and Senior vouchers will offer a $45 discount.
• Vouchers are NOT valid towards the purchase of a group lift ticket product. Please contact your leisure sales manager if you have any questions.
• Vouchers are not transferable and not for re-sale.
• Early and Late Season vouchers will have a lesser value as dictated by retail and group ticket pricing and are subject to change as rates change with expanding/closing terrain.
