Condominium Maintenance Manager
Do you have experience in property maintenance? Do you have previous supervisory experience? Do you have a passion for skiing or riding and want to be part of an exceptional team at a premier ski resort? Then Sunday River may have just the job for you. We are looking for a Condominium Maintenance Manager to join our team. This position oversees all aspects of condo maintenance, including but not limited to snow removal, firewood, rental unit maintenance, building maintenance, damage repair, preventative maintenance, safety performance and management, organization of materials, tools and equipment, staff supervision and payroll. You must also be available at any time to respond to emergency calls in a timely manner. Strict adherence to established safety protocols as well as to Sunday River's policy and procedures is imperative. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills as this job requires extensive contact with staff, outside vendors, property owners and resort guests. Prior experience in Association Management highly recommended and you will be required to attend all Association meetings and any other off site meetings, trainings etc. as deemed necessary. In addition, you must be able to understand and work within budgets and have adequate computer skills. Preference for this position will be given to a person who has a relevant vocational degree. This position is a benefited full time year round position.

Group Conference and Wedding Coordinator
Do you enjoy organizing weddings and events? Do you have a can do attitude? Are you outgoing and friendly? Sunday River has a Full Time Year Round benefited position available immediately in the Group Service Department as a Group Conference and Wedding Coordinator. You will be primarily responsible for providing a quality experience for weddings and groups by accurately executing the group's requirements as outlined in their contract. You must have the willingness and ability to obtain details, meet deadlines, clearly communicate details using tools provided, collect deposits and final payments, up sell products and follow the policies and procedures as outlined in the Group Service Manual. Excellent communication skills are required as well as computer and phone proficiency. This position is anticipated to handle one wedding a week in addition to other duties as assigned. Sunday River Ski Resort in Maine is seeking qualified Lift Mechanics to join our team. Applicants must have knowledge in troubleshooting and repair involving mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems. You must be safety orientated and able to work comfortably at heights in all weather conditions. You will having excellent communication skills and be able to work and interact positively with other team members, supervisors, outside vendors as well as guests. This position is seasonal with seasonal benefits.

Our Competitions department needs volunteers to assist at ski and snowboard events. A wide range of tasks and responsibilities are needed. Competition Volunteers are required to commit to 20 days of work during the season plus an additional day for orientation, and receive a complimentary season pass including additional mountain discounts.
